International Workshop on Connections X

The 10th International Workshop on Connections in Steel Structures: Connections X 2026 is organized by the American Institute of Steel Construction and the University of Cincinnati, and will be held at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, from July 7-10, 2026. The workshop provides an excellent opportunity for researchers, designers, and fabricators to convene, discussing real-world connections problems that require further research and exploring the possibilities offered by cutting-edge research.

Registration Fees:

  • Early Bird $495 (ends April 30)
  • Regular $545 (ends June 30)
  • Late Reg $595 (Available onsite)

The conference registration is fully refundable through June 30, 2026. Refunds for airline-related travel issues may be requested until the conference begins on July 7, 2026.

What is included in registration:

  • Attendance at all conference sessions, including a daily breakfast, lunch, and coffee break.
  • Welcome Reception on Tuesday, July 7 at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza.
  • Conference Dinner on Thursday, July 9 at Via Vite restaurant.
  • Note: If you are interested in attending Thursday's Roebling Bridge Tour, please add this option when registering. An extra $5 fee will be added to your registration as a tip for the tour guides. In case of inclement weather, there will be an indoor presentation.

  • Room Block Rate: $149 per night (plus applicable taxes and fees).

The Roebling Society will give a short presentation on the history and engineering of this historic suspension bridge. This will be followed by a walking tour across the bridge, which is only a short distance from the conference hotel. Registration costs collected for this event will benefit the volunteers providing the tour.
